Job Experience:

One year or more collections experience required (collections positions only)

One year or more call center customer service, telemarketing, or direct sales experience

One year or more of loan processing and/or funding experience (funder positions only)

Two years or more of credit analysis experience, preferably in automotive finance (credit officer positions only)

Outstanding verbal communication and time management skills

Analytic and negotiation skills

Knowledge of FDCPA

Ability to prioritize workload in a high-volume environment

Automotive experience a plus

Ability to use general office equipment

Ability to understand the collection process, purpose, and effective methods of collecting

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to use online skip-tracing tools

Demonstrates the ability to prioritize workflow, work independently and as a team member
