Full Time Entry Level Inbound Call Receiver positions available-

(No Telemarketing)

 

Do you like to answer questions and solve problems?  We currently have several temp-to-hire, entry level openings for Knowledge Technicians working with a leading technical company that prides itself in its world class customer service.As a Knowledge Technician you will be trained in providing support services via the Web and telephone.  Technical and customer support is provided for numerous products and/or services including site maintenance and documentation.  Your primary duties and responsibilities may include the following:
Respond to customer requests via the Web and telephone within contractual time frames. 
Resolve issues within established guidelines or forward issues on to appropriate department. 
Maintain positive relationships with clients. 
Perform follow-up per guidelines with clients over a pre-determined amount of time to evaluate success of delivered information. 
Document case notes and support calls in the case management system. 
Meet established productivity goals.
Work effectively within Contact Center guidelines. 
Cross train on a variety of customer products.
Participate in on-going training and quality assurance monitoring as directed by Supervisor. 
Access appropriate on-line guidelines and technical materials. 
Other duties as assigned.
