Job Title: CLERICAL- Documentation Coordinator/Data Entry

 

Status:  Full Time Permanent

Job Location: Carteret, NJ

 

Located in Carteret, NACA Logistics is a group of 3 ocean export/import companies, Non Vessel Operating Common Carriers (NVOCCs/NVOs) that provide ocean export/import services to a wide variety of customers as well as warehousing services.

 

We are seeking qualified detail oriented candidates to fill several customer service / data entry positions within our organization to continue to meet the demands of our industry, customers, and successful growth.

Immediate full time entry-level opportunities for those who are interested in data entry and interacting with customers, who possess a keen eye to detail, has a desire to join our team and become a part of our expanding business. Billing / AR experience also a plus.

 

The Customer Service positions, qualified candidates should possess solid intermediate computers skills working in a PC environment. Knowledge in the use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel a plus.  These positions require phone contact so excellent verbal communication skills are a must. You must also have excellent customer service skills and written communication skills as well as the ability to work both independently and within the group and most definitely a team player. Candidates must be self-motivated and interested in working in an environment where attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and problem solving skills are used to their maximum.

 

Ability to speak a second language is a plus but not required. Experience in the ocean export or transportation industry also a plus but not required. We are willing to train qualified candidates. Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalency is required.
