E-Mail Specialist
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Respond to customer inquires and complaints received via email. Provide world-class customer service via e-mail by answering merchandise, order-follow-up, online promotions, and website inquiries
Ability to identify customer needs
Communicate with enthusiasm and provide product availability, shipping options, processing, color, style, sizing, specials, etc. information
Work independently to ensure quick and complete resolution of customer complaints, issues, and problems
Utilize coaching feedback to enhance productivity and quality
Communicate with internal customers to research and resolve customer issues
Answer customer service calls as needed
Identify critical customer service issues and report them to your Team Lead and/or Supervisor
Provide input and ideas to enhance systems and programs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A passion for customers
Ability to type a minimum of 55 WPMGap, Old Navy and Banana Republic online customer service experience a plus
Business-writing experience preferred
Excellent grammar usage and spelling skills required
Experience in successful customer resolution recovery
PC Experience
Commitment to quality
