A client located in Waltham has an immediate position available for an E-commerce Customer Services Representative.

Fast growing E-commerce group in a large international company is looking for a Customer Services Representative to support home based Sales Executives this includes receiving customer data via the Sales Executives and ensuring that it is loaded quickly and accurately onto the database. Answering questions from the sales team about administrative procedures. Partnering with the sales executives to deal with administrative process issues and compliance. Arranging for supplies to be delivered to Sales Executives (media kits, office supplies etc).

Further more the Customer Service Representative is required to work either directly or indirectly (via the Sales Executives) with customers and potential customers. The primary goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our product and the service they receive. The Customer Services Representative will answer direct queries and questions from customers either by phone or email. They will also assist in the resolution of customer. The ideal candidate will have to work in well in a small team environment in the areas of online advertisement production, marketing support, commission payment analysis and customer billing.

Required Skills: MS Word and Excel (intermediate level), familiarity with the internet as a business tool, Outlook, accurate keying, verbal and written communication, attention to detail, customer support, sales team support, team work, and adaptive to change.
