ENTRY LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

 

Shercon, Inc. a sophisticated, well-established, future-oriented company
specializing in the design of custom molded rubber parts has an immediate opening in Santa Fe Springs, CA for a Customer Service Representative to support customer service, provide backup for order entry, billing, and reception.  Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. 


This position requires 1- 2 years experience in customer service, order processing, and billing.  Familiarity with standard customer service concepts, practices, and procedures is required. The  individual will be trained in a vari3ety of skills to provide backup support to all areas of customer service.

- The ability to analyze and research shipping, billing, and order entry information to resolve complex customer issues

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain trust and strong customer relations

- Exceptional computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook (Realworld and Goldmine a plus)

- The Ability to learn quickly

- 1 ? 2 years of customer service experience

- Fluent Spanish/English ? written and oral, a plus
