EPS Service Consultant III

The Enterprise Payroll Service Consultant:


?Serves as primary point of contact for incoming client communication of issues as they relate to payroll processing, including management reporting, human resource and benefit administration aspects.
?Evaluates client's needs associated with product functionality, support and enhancement.
?Determines most effective course of resolution for issues and refers client cases to appropriate areas for additional diagnosis, support and resolution.
?Acts as liaison between client and ADP during issue resolution ensuring the client receives timely updates and follow up.
?Maintains accountability for client satisfaction with regard to issue resolution.
?Conducts scheduled client account reviews via conference call or occasional travel to client site. These meetings generally include a review of outstanding issues; client process needs analysis and planning for changes in client's strategic direction.
?Focuses on achieving utmost service availability to the client in a fast-paced, team-oriented, help desk environment.
?Builds relationships of trust and respect with clients by providing World Class Service.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or 2 - 5 years experience in one or more of the following areas:
