?Analyze the customer’s problem.
?Educate customer, negotiate payment arrangements, apply applicable solutions. 
?Contact as many customers as possible with the purpose of resolving their delinquency.
?Adhere to company policies and procedures.
?Perform other duties as assigned.
?Properly document call results utilizing various software applications.



?Excellent communication skills in order to interface with responsible parties to resolve delinquency problems in a manner beneficial to all parties.
?Represent Citibank in a way that provides a positive customer experience. 
?Assume accountability for following all company policies and procedures.
?Analyze customer situations and apply sound judgment to resolve the delinquency.
?Ability to use appropriate tools and technology to negotiate and influence customer behavior.
?Goal orientation to meet production indicators.
?Flexibility to adapt to a changing work environment.
