Position Descriptions

Currently we are seeking three Customer Support/Sales Associates to join the Study Island support team.  The people who fills these positions will do all or part of the following:

Troubleshoot customer (teachers, administrators, and parents) issues via phone (incoming and outgoing calls), e-mail, and ticketing systemServe prospective customers by providing them with product and pricing information.  Your sales effort would consist of incoming sales calls and e-mails, with occasional web-based presentations.Assist with renewals of existing customer subscriptions and various office assignments.Be an energetic and positive individual with good computer skills, great phone skills, and even better customer relation skillsAssist in contacting all school principals, administrators, and/or district contacts via e-mail, fax, phone, and mail at various times throughout the year to remind them about their renewal date and feesSupply customers with renewal quotes and invoices, often at very fast turnaround times.  Renewal quotes may be complicated so excellent math skills are a must.  Researching abililty and problem solving are also important.
