Employee Benefits Customer Service Specialist

TEMPE, ARIZONA - FORTUNE 500 COMPANY 

 

Reliable and professional Customer Service associates are needed to assist employees with their open enrollment process for corporate benefits.  This is a small department within a large company in a newly remodled office environment.  Shifts begin at 6:30, 7:30, and 8:30 a.m.  Great opportunity to break out of the large impersonal call center structure.  Position will be temporary through February 2007, however, permanent positions within the same company can be applied for at that time.  Training will be for three weeks from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 or 4:00 p.m.  Individuals should have 6 months to one year of prior experience and be able to navigate quickly through multiple computer screens.
