REPORTS TO:  Reports directly to the Team Leader and indirectly to the President of Banctel.com

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Interact with established or prospective customers of lending institutions, following scripted guidelines.  Educate the customer and disclose any relevant terms and conditions of the product being offered.The primary objective is to provide a pleasant buying experience for every customer and to assertively pursue every sales opportunity.Achieve specific calling and conversion goals.Provide exceptional customer service.Identify and attempt to resolve any customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner to promote a positive and productive work environment.Offer suggestions that contribute to a more enjoyable and effective atmosphere.Uphold company values.

 

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS (Using an Automated Dialer)70 dials/hourProgram-specific contact/conversion rates/hour

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:A minimum of 1year sales or call center experience in an OUTBOUND environment, with proven ability to make effective customer presentations and achieve established calling and conversion goals.  Collection experience preferred.Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.  Capable of addressing and successfully resolving customer problems and concerns.  Capable of thinking analytically.  Capable of successfully overcoming objections and achieving conversion goals.Proven ability to successfully overcome objections and achieve specific quotas.An assertive, outgoing personality.Computer literacy in a windows environment.Education:  a High School/GED equivalent.  Some college preferred.Professional attitude and presence, with an emphasis on positive communication.Work well as a member of a team; capable of working independently.
