Title:  Enrollment Rep I

 

Position Summary:  This position is primarily responsible for investigating and resolving eligibility issues in accordance with standard operating procedures. Interacts with internal and external customers.  Required to maintain and or exceed departmental goals set.

 

Position Requirements:  A high school degree or GED is required. At least two years customer service experience.  Prefer experience in health care or insurance industry.  Expert use personal computer.  Knowledge of excel and word.  Ability to problem solve.  Able to work in a fast paced production environment.  Able to work with people in a team environment.  Ability to meet individual performance goals. Strong customer service skills.
