Stryden is currently looking to hire multiple Customer Service positions with all degrees of experience.  Gain experience with Fortune 1000 and 500 Companies!  Work in an exciting, fast paced environment in the travel industry at one of Philadelphia's busy international airports or a metropolitan location. 

 

Job Summaries

 

Greeter/Rapid Return Agent

Responsible for closing checks when people return cars.  Degree of customer service is involved in this position.  Oversee the parking area.  Deliver cars to rental customer when cars are ready or moving car after check-in is complete. 

 

Rental Sales Agent

Responsible for the leasing of the cars.  Skilled in customer service and sales.  Greets customers, processes rentals and sell upgrades for cars and rental options.  Responsible for helping customers with complaints, answering phones and questions.  Communicates with other employees to make sure customers get to cars in timely manner.

 

Driver/Transporter

Responsible for transporting rental cars to various locations depending on need.  Traveling to and from auction sites, trips and on lot shuttling.  Assisting in the servicing of rental vehicles, and various tasks that may be assigned.  Must have clear background and motor vehicle report.

 

Service Agent

Cleans and details rental cars to get them ready for the next rental customer.  Inspects vehicles for left belongings.  Maintains vehicles.  Inspects that the customer left the vehicle in good condition.  Transports vehicles around lot before next rental and keeps maintenance logs. Detail orientated.  Must have clear background and motor vehicle report.

 

Job Qualifications

 

For our Customer Service positions, the successful candidate will have excellent communication/interpersonal skills be consistent in building sales and quality service develop long term partnerships with customers pass drug screen, have clear background, and clear mvr

 

For our Drivers and Service Agent positions candidateds will need to be detailed orientedto have a valid driver licenseto be a hard worker in various conditions with a flexible scheduleto pass drug screen, have clean background, and clear mvr
