IMS currently has an opening for a Customer Service Representative, working on a Fortune 500 account in the Morton Grove, IL office.

The job duties are as follows:
?Process orders that come in via phone, fax, web, EDI using the AS400 system (JD Edwards) ? 85% of orders come in through the web, EDI, or bulk format.
?Extensive telephone contact with field and corporate personnel, warehouses, and freight carriers
?Troubleshoot and provide training for customers who use our web site
?Tracing Orders
?Coordinating large push orders with the AE?s and warehouse
?Maintain database records
?Process debits and credits
?Manage various special assignments and projects, including process improvement
?Maintain daily warehouse activity


*1-2 years of Customer Service experience preferred.* We are looking for career-minded individuals. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, enjoy problem solving, and be a quick learner. We are looking for someone who is very team minded and can take on a various range of responsibilities. Experience in word processing, worksheet software and AS400 or similar PC system required. A college degree is preferred, but not required for this position.
