Exhibitor Sales Coordinator

GES Exposition Services, a leading tradeshow and event marketing company, is seeking a high-energy, growth oriented professional with demonstrated leadership abilities, integrity and passion for hassle-free service for the position of Exhibitor Sales Coordinator at our Las Vegas, NV location.

 

General Responsibilities: 

 

Generates Sales by marketing Company product and services over the phone.  Assist customers with inbound inquiries.  Ensure exhibitors have a positive and successful show experience.

 

? Make outbound calls to customers for the purpose of qualifying customers as to the need and ability to purchase.

? Receive telephone inbound inquiries from external customer base as well as internal.

? Display the consultation skills necessary to successfully represent and sell products and services to existing customers and prospects.

? Meet sales growth goals established with Sales Manager.

? Telephone sales skills to effectively conduct business over the phone involving prospecting, selling and servicing new and existing customers.

? Qualify prospects for other departments of the company, including Logistics and Exhibit & Design sales force.

? Research and identify potential customers.

? Schedule and attend ?Know Your Show? sessions.

? Identify and notify Marketing Department of marketing collateral to be deployed on assigned non-marketing shows.

?  Define and generate exhibitor call list.

? Weekly review show schedule assignment for accuracy and call schedule confirmations.

? Average of  57 out bound calls per day.

? Average monthly sales of $85,000.00.

? Maintain 12% close ratio or better.

? Maintain excellent customer service satisfaction for both internal and external customers.

 

 

Education/Experience: 

? High School/GED required

? Previous experience in telemarketing preferred

 

 

 

Skills/Competencies: 

? Must be able to learn product line and verbally describe to clients without the use of industry jargon.

? Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.

? Strong written and oral communication skills

? Familiarity with telephone systems.

? Competency in Word and Excel.
