Must Have Parts Experience/ Copier Service Experience preferred! Mechanical Background a plus!

 

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position requires that the individual know and understand customer service policy & procedures and be able to instructing staff on how to implement them. In addition, this individual must establish, maintain, and strengthen dealer relationships. Finally, this individual is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the customer service department.



MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Ensure the correct and timely processing of all customer requests




Check and approve credits and return authorizations as instructed




Ensure that the customer service department complies with end of month scheduling




Approve overtime sheets




Approve staff PTO requests and ensure adequate staffing at all times




Ensure efficiency by adjust work as needed so no one is overloaded and by providing additional training as needed




Seek ways to improve department?s efficiency




Keep customer service area, desks, and/or workstations neat and clean at all times




Have a good communicative relationship with all workers




Maintain good working relationship with all employees in other departments





QUALIFICATIONS:


High School diploma or General Education Diploma




Three years related experience and /or training
