As Operations Documentation Manager, you will lead the development and execution of complex, specialized back office user procedure documentation programs that will support Fidelity Human resources Services Company (FHRS) Operations and Audit requirements. Your additional responsibilities will include:

 Support the day-to-day and long-term goals of the FHRS Business Process Governance team through documentation efforts. Plays key role in budget, staffing, and scheduling plans and decisions. Direct supervision of a service category support team. Work closely with senior management on regular basis.  Key player in the management of issues facing multiple service category business unit’ needs and communicates and provide solutions for key internal clients and managers on issues. Develops and executes documentation strategies and programs that will enhance Fidelity's internal back-office procedures among key users, influencers and decision makers, while meeting the stated goals of the business unit and Fidelity overall. Creates range of high-level deliverables; Lead role in the day-to-day development, management and execution of specific job functions, and on-going projects. Functions as an experienced project manager, capable of managing multiple projects. Leads an integrated team across service category needs working on communication materials targeted to the specific business initiatives.  Exercises judgment within broadly defined procedures and practices; Leads and achieve results affecting FHRS documentation needs for operations.

 

 



 

Requirements:Bachelor’ degree preferred and a minimum of 10 years experience related experience.Experience in providing project planning, direction and successful execution; budget management; staff management.Proven written and oral communication skillsAbility to lead and motivate direct reportsAbility to empower direct reports to make decisions and hold them accountableExcellent individual performer and team playerStrong commitment to producing quality workFacilitates a sharing of power and influenceCan deal with change and ambiguityFlexible, able to change gears quicklyGood listener and interpreterGood project managerSolid negotiating skills; ability to sell ideas at multiple levels
