FINANCIAL AID OFFICER
Orlando, FL

Responsibilities:
Assist potential students in completing necessary documents required for applying for financial aid
Collect thorough information and efficiently process documents
Advise students of their eligibility for federal, state and institutional aid in positive and professional manner
Diligently track and follow up with students applying for financial aid

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service abilities
Effective organizational skills
Ability to motivate others
Computer proficiency
Previous experience as a bank teller, loan processor or mortgage loan officer is beneficial
Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes evening and weekend hours
