Field Service Coordinator

CITY: Houston STATE: Texas COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Field Service Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling of Field Service Representatives for the Americas Pole.
* Field incoming calls and requests for field service.
* Route non-service related jobs to the correct call center.
* Coordinate with the service reps and the customer to schedule on-site jobs.
* Coordinate with the customer to receive purchase orders for jobs.
* Manage daily and long term schedules for reactive jobs and preventative maintenance contracts.
* Update and communicate the schedule to the team.
* Maintain vacation/absence log.
* Help drive timely completion of standard service reports and invoicing packages.
* Complete and maintain quarterly production charts and report out on a weekly basis the expected billing for the quarter.
* Escalate scheduling issues to the service manager.
* Support the business growth initiatives.
* Fill in for manager responsibilities when service manager is unavailable.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Excellent organizational skills: ability to manage several assignments simultaneously, set priorities, and anticipate workload.
* Excellent time management skills: ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment under tight deadlines and handle stressful/difficult situations with composure.
* Demonstrated call quality excellence: Sameday customer return calls. * Keep service team 70-80% assigned.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and perform well in a team environment: demonstrate confidence and self-assurance to interact with people at all levels.
* Excellent telephone manner and proper email etiquette
* Strong computer skills with familiarity of MS Office products, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook as well as company ERP system, Oracle & Business Objects.
* Self-starter with minimal supervision requirement; able to work independently; ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines.
* Ability to set and meet aggressive targets.

Desired:
* Experience with calibration and repair services.
* Experience with the Panametric, Ruska and Kaye product lines.
* Industrial industry experience.
