Field Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to oversee all field service functions and interface with manufacturing, engineering, service, sales, customers and suppliers to provide technical information, research and resolve issues, and analyze/improve product performance. The qualified candidate will have a successful track record of building field service infrastructure in target markets to include coordination and implementation of mechanical service, installation, business building initiatives, and distribution activities.

 

Requirements: 10+ years field services experience.Management experience required.Previous beverage industry experience is a plus. Bachelor?s degree in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering degree preferred. Knowledge of supplier fulfillment capabilities to meet customer and internal requirements.  Knowledge and application of operations assessment principles and procedures to conduct facilities/operations audits. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement.  Travel required.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.
