SUMMARY
To ensure that all new units meet Oakwood's quality standards and to complete the new Unit Checklist.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
? Walk all New Unit take-downs.
? Coordinate keys, gate cards and remotes for all new units.
? Maintain up-to-date lease files.
? Sign all new leases and audits for discrepancies.
? Enter all New Unit information into the OTIS system.
? Perform basic clerical duties.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Basic Computer Skills, Outlook Express, Windows, Basic Internet Skills, & Word.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
No experience necessary, however a background in apartment/hotels or customer service related fields would be helpful.
