Field Support Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Field Support Coordinator for our Headquarters in Saddle Brook, NJ. Our ideal candidate will be a customer service-oriented individual capable of assisting our 100+ field offices. Ideally, this person should be a recent college graduate who is looking for a position that will get them in the door at a strong, stable company. This person should be ambitious with an eye on the future, as this position has the potential to grow into more for the right individual. 

Job Requirements:
 - Customer service-oriented
 - Computer savvy
 - Excellent follow-up skills
 - Should be familiar with MS Project
 - Great attention to detail
 - Strong sense of urgency
 - Organized
 - Ability to multi-task
 - Quick learner

Some Key Responsibilities:
 - Managing an e-support system
 - Assisting our field offices with questions
 - Assisting with weekly reporting
 - Managing projects in MS Project
