We are having an open house for Financial Service Representatives:
The primary role of the Financial Services Representative is to ensure the orderly collection of retail and lease receivables at a minimum loss. As such, the job requires telephone contact with a strong customer service focus, advising or persuading customers on available payment alternates, resolving problems, generating decisions affecting payments, and making commitments on behalf of the company. All of these skills require a high level of listening and communication skills. Additionally, the role requires navigating in the windows environment. The CSR must be able to work with several applications at one time. The position requires a high degree of job independence with work success being defined primarily by collection results. The volume of work for this position is great and requires a high level of mental effort and stress tolerance from dealing with difficult situations. Other job conditions include working with an auto dialer and sitting for extended periods of time. Positions are located close to the Fort Worth Alliance Airport. Pays $14/hr to start. Hours are 12-9 Monday-Friday and 8-12 every other Saturday.
