Get into the Game Industry as a Bilingual Game Master for K2 Network!

 

The Eastridge Group, in conjunction with K2 Network, Inc., is seeking Game Masters!

 

K2 Network is known for their exciting Massively Multiplayer Online Games, including Knight Online, FX Golf, Global MU Online and their upcoming FPS title, War Rock! 

 

 Fulltime, weekdays and weekends, must be flexible

 

Summary:  Game Masters provide online assistance, and facilitate in-game events for online customers.

 

Primary Responsibilities:Communicating with Lead Game Master to evaluate in-game community satisfaction and customer support issues.Develop and maintain customer relations such that your in-game persona is identified as a helpful support channel.Organizing and executing in-game events with appropriate documentationProvide input on content driven events, updates and future enhancements.  Utilize specialty characters for monitoring servers to ensure stability and fair game play.

 

Requirements:Must be fluent in English and one of the following languages- Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish or PolishAt least 1 year experience in customer service roleA desire to provide excellent customer serviceSolid understanding of video games and issues idiosyncratic to the gaming industryAbility to work under pressureThe ability to work under minimal supervision, independently and/or as a member of a teamAdditional Abilities and Aptitudes; Working effectively with coworkers, clients and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables and issues; addressing problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions. Basic computers skills; Word, Excel, web browsers, etc.Educational Requirements -High school Diploma or GED!Computer Game Industry experience is a plus!Previous design experience including game mods or experience running pen and paper role-playing games also a plus!
