Fraud Analyst

Responsibilities:

prevent and detect possible fraud incidents
track key performance indicators
provide input for the fraud rules that drive the identification of high risk transactions
be a catalyst for the fraud dept optimization initiatives, system improvements, and process improvements


Shift:  The Fraud Analyst is expected to work the overnight shift.
Key Qualifications:
Experience

minimum of 2 years experience in fraud prevention case management
Knowledge/Skills

excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to work independently, but to provide key input in the team setting
proven driver of change and process improvement
highly proficient with MS Office
internet savvy
Education

4 year degree, minimum 3.0 GPA
