Front Desk Coordinator in a Medical Environment

We are currently looking for several bilingual candidates who are interested in front desk coordinator positions working in a dynamic Healthcare company in the Longwood Medical Area. We have several positions open starting immediately. Bilingual candidates who apply must possess a knowledge of Portuguese, Russian, Vietnamese or Spanish. This is a long-term, stable position for someone who likes working with people in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include strong phone communication skills, strong data entry skills and ability to multi-task. Must be able to type at least 35WPM. Customer service experience preferred. The opportunity offers useful training and room for growth within a healthcare environment. There is an extensive paid training program for the first 3 weeks from 9am-6pm.
