Full-time and Part-time Central Student Services Associate

 



HONDROS COLLEGE, a leading college in the career education field, is seeking customer-focused, high-energy candidates for both a full-time and part-time Central Student Services Associate (CSSA) opening in our corporate office in Westerville (Columbus), Ohio.

The CSS team is searching to fill two positions:

The full-time CSSA position will have a flexible schedule on Monday-Friday between 7:30am and 8:00pm and on Saturday mornings from 10:30am to 3:00pm.  Individual schedules are set within those operating hours. This is an approximately 40 hours/week opportunity.

The part-time CSSA will work Monday-Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm.

The CSSA Role:

The Central Student Services Associate role is an entry level opportunity within Hondros College for an individual to learn and grow within our business.  The CSSA's primary objective is to drive class registration sales to inbound callers over the telephone, achieving or exceeding stated goals for the school?s company-wide operations.

The Central Student Services department is a small, close-knit team that is highly focused on customer service, teamwork, and goal achievement. Individuals who can quickly learn our programs and processes, clearly provide helpful information to our students (or potential students), and anticipate student needs will create student satisfaction and build demand for the school?s services, leading to enrollment growth. 

CSSA Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
This candidate must also have:
-an outgoing personality,
-professional phone skills,
-first-rate customer service abilities,
-flexibility of schedule,
-the desire to contribute in a small team atmosphere,
-a high-energy style,
-persuasive communication skills ? both oral and written,
-a strong work ethic,
-the desire to learn new things,
-eagerness to accept and deliver against aggressive goals, and
-the ability to use PCs and software effectively.

 A college degree is also preferred.

 Compensation:

Competitive compensation and benefits will be provided. Actual compensation level will be determined based on the candidate?s experience and ability to contribute.  No relocation assistance will be provided.
