Growth Opportunity for a Collections / Customer Service Representative in a Growing Organization

Join our collegial and growing organization!!  We provide automobile loans to customers who purchase vehicles through independent dealerships.  We are ramping up into high-growth mode and are looking to add to our team.  This is an excellent long term opportunity for a team player with a strong work ethic who can work well independently and overcome obstacles.

 

Collections/Customer Service Representative position involves working over the phone with the company's customers to ensure prompt receipt of receivables.  Also responding to customer inquiries regarding their accounts and other matters.  Position may also involve other activities as required by business, including filing, skip tracing, data entry and dealer contact. 

 

Prior collections experience a plus but not required.  Retail experience useful as customer contact is an important part of the job.  Applicant should demonstrate ability to handle pressure well and possess good powers of persuasion.  College degree a plus, but not required. Experience with Excel and other Microsoft applications very helpful.
