Marriott ExecuStay, a leader in the Corporate Housing Industry, is seeking a talented individual as a Guest Service Associate in our Hayward, CA office. The position requires superior communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills and the ability to thrive within a team environment. Duties Include:

- Respond to guest inquiries related to properties, furniture, and ExecuStay operations.
- Follow established processes in order to provide responsive and accurate customer service.
- Proactively maintain positive relations with property managers, furniture vendors, and ExecuStay operations.
- Place all outgoing follow-up calls, and/or emails to ensure adequate guest resolution.
- Communicate with ExecuStay markets to set-up and break-down furniture, amenities and housekeeping services.
- Document and log all vendor comments/requirements/general information promptly upon receipt.
- Perform office duties related to the customer service department, including filing, routing/distributing mail, and searching through open issues.
- Identify and communicate trends to supervisors.

Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to assemble facts and accurately make a determination as to what action needs to be initiated to achieve resolution of customer inquiries. Must be able to perform multiple tasks and efficiently organize work based on business conditions. Must be able to operate web based and Windows based programs (e.g., Outlook, Word).
