Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule

Hours per week:  40
Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm

Qualifications

Must be dynamic, energetic, team player and posses a positive attitude. 
Must demonstrate attention to detail and management of multiple tasks.
One to two years of customer service experience, preferably call center experience.

Responsibilities

The HR Service Specialist will be knowledgeable in HR products and services and will provide outstanding customer service to employees calling in to the Human Resources Service Center.  Responsibilities will include: answering incoming calls regarding payroll, benefits, and policy related questions.  Respond in a professional, accurate and timely manner to all inquires adhering to minimum service standards established by the department.
