Position Summary

We are seeking an exceptional human resources professional to join our HR Service Center to provide call center support services to NCR?s HR organization and NCR associates with a primary customer service focus to HR managers.  The HR Service Center Agent will have a direct impact working in a diverse work group supporting US Americas, Canada and C&LA. 

We are seeking an energetic, self-starter with excellent people skills and great attention to detail to answer in-bound calls.  The HR Service Center Agent is part of an operational team completing various tasks related to HR functions, including posting positions, responding to inquiries and directing managers and candidates to appropriate web-based tools and documents, escalating actions for approval and information. 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

? 1+ years customer service related experience within the last 3 years or language skills (Spanish or Portuguese)
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
? Must have knowledge of PeopleSoft
? Ability to make and manage travel arrangements, maintaining calendar
? Ability to work with little supervision

EDUCATION:

? High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate?s Degree preferred

PREFERRED SKILLS:

? Bilingual ? if you speak fluent Spanish or Portuguese, language skills equivalent to experience requirement
? Worked in an call center environment
? Previous experience or knowledge of HR 
? Applies experience and simple judgment to make decisions within defined options or standard protocols ? follows through on issues
? May allocate work as a team leader or check on completion or quality
? Manages processes, procedures and information flow, performing on transactional requests
