Help Desk

Pomeroy IT solutions currently has multiple openings for entry-level help desk analysts on a long-term engagement at one of our downtown Cincinnati client sites. These are full-time positions with benefits. Qualified candidates must have some type of previous help desk experience OR a technical school degree/certification and superior customer service skills. Pay rate is $12 to $14/hour.

Candidate must have flexible scheduled and be agreeable to working first and second shift hours as well as at least one weekend day. Criminal background check and drug screen required.
