Help Desk Desktop Support Tech

EXPERIENCE:

-Must possess well-developed customer service skills to guide customers through their issues.
-Ability to handle difficult customers while maintaining company integrity.
-Excellent listening skills and ability to control the call/troubleshooting process.
-Attention to detail in documentation.
-Experience with case management.
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
-Ability to process and resolve varied technical issues including desktop, notebook and peripheral troubleshooting on Windows platforms.
-Working knowledge of network theory as it applies to communications technology.
-Video and audio conferencing equipment knowledge a plus.
-Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese or French Canadian a definite plus.

 The candidate needs to be self motivated and dedicated, and will need to be flexible in scheduling. Creative thinkers with the ability to evaluate and help implement new processes will be top considerations.
