Helpdesk - Experience in Problem Solving, Customer Service, and Phone Skills

Provide technical assistance to remote and local users including software installation and end-user software support.  Support all user desktop and laptop hardware.   Helpdesk technicians troubleshot a variety of calls. The typical call issues handled by helpdesk are email issues, password reset, unlocks, remote access issues, and MS Office Suite calls, ? . Helpdesk tickets are dispatched through an action request system, commonly referred to as REMEDY tracking system, when the call requires a technician to support the users onsite, at the desktop, or if the issue requires additional research, printer issues or requires additional troubleshooting the ticket is routed to the appropriate work site.

 

Skills:

 
Must have excellent bilingual skills. Bilingual (Spanish, French and English).
Minimum 3-5 years experience in the technical support or helpdesk related field.
Minimum one year work experience in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows NT/Windows 2000/XP).
Very good verbal and written communication skills.
Service oriented attitude.
Ability to assist clients on-line (remotely)
Excellent work history in a large enviroment.
