HOME BASED INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Position Description

Due to Company growth and expansion of our Customer Service Call Center, we are seeking of Home Based In-bound Customer Service Representatives.

 

No cold calling

Approximately 3 weeks of paid-training will be provided at our Los Angeles company location.

 

Starting at $10.00/hr + commission.  Full-time employees eligible for great benefits, which include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), LTD, & FSA.  Part-time, without benefits, also available.

 Job Experience

 

Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum 1-year experience in sales or telemarketing, a motivated team player with the ability and desire to work independently.  Candidate should possess strong communication skills.

 

Requirements, Equipment & Additional Information

 

The Customer Service Call Center is open from 6am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.  The home based representative should be able to provide and maintain the following:

 

*Cable or DSL connection

*PC based computer equipment installed with Microsoft 2000 or above software.

*Telephone

*Email account

 

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
