Home Delivery Scheduling Lead

Bed.  We are meeting consumers need for personal comfort by providing the best night?s sleep possible...for our customer and their sleep partner.  Currently, we have an opportunity available for a Scheduling Lead for our Home Delivery team at our corporate office in Plymouth. 

 

At the time of purchase, our customers are offered our white glove home delivery service, which includes delivery, assembly, demonstration and removal of their old mattress.  Once our customers made to order Sleep Number Bed ? is complete our Scheduling Team places an outgoing call to coordinate the delivery date and time.

 

As a Second Shift Home Delivery Scheduling Lead you will work closely with our Scheduling Team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction; by providing coaching and feedback, encourage timely completion of customer calls and manage elevated customer calls (incoming and outgoing).  In this role you will support Scheduling Supervisors and Managers.  Additionally, you will provide supervision to the team as needed, as well as training and development.

 

The ideal candidate will poses 2 years experience in a customer service based environment, excellent organizational, strong time management and negotiating skills.  The availability to work second shift, occasional overtime, and Saturdays as our business requires.
