Role: Humana One Customer Service Specialist (Individual Product Segment)
Location: Feld Building, downtown Green Bay, WI

Assignment Capsule/Responsibilities:
Directly responds to questions, handles issues and provides information for transactions, inquiries or complaints to customers and those to whom we have key relationships. Based on individual performance, this position will off you the opportunity to progress into a role involving the interpretation of medical records to conduct medical history reviews.

In this highly visible role as a Customer Service Specialist, we look to your experience, enthusiasm, and unrelenting customer focus to help us achieve high levels of customer service excellence as you educate and problem solve for our members, providers and employers regarding insurance-related health care issues.

In this position, you will proactively build strong lasting relationships with members, providers and employers.

Role Essentials:

Associate or Bachelor's degree or currently working towards degree

3-5 years extensive customer service experience, experience in an inbound phone environment preferred

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to handle a constant volume of phone inquiries is necessary

Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Role Desirables:

Experience in underwriting or individual insurance background

Experience in conducting medical history investigations
Additional Information:

Training: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 1st 8-12 weeks of employment
