This position is Responsible for:
Handling customer questions, issues, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy & professionalism.
Handling business transactions and offering alternative solutions with the objective of retaining customers? business.
Utilizing a variety of systems and web-based tools to research & resolve customer issues.

 

Minimum Qualifications include:
You must possess strong communication skills, and customer service skills.
You must have good data entry and computer skills.
You must be able to multi-task and the initiative to take on special projects.
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
You must be flexible with hours.
