IT Billing Analyst

SUMMARY This position will support/assist the organization in the areas of network review and optimization, vendor negotiation, telecom invoice auditing and pass-through invoicing.  The IT Billing Analyst will routinely interface with the client, vendors, and other team members. 

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

? Client Network Inventory Assessment

? Timeline Adherence of billing and AP closings

? Establish vendor relationships with foreign and domestic telecommunications providers

? Reviews vendor negotiation and resolution of billing disputes.  Escalate difficult disputes to Senior IT Billing Analyst.

? Billing management of services with domestic and international Carriers

? Invoice Auditing of domestic and foreign telephone billing

? Reviews competitive vendor analysis to provide most cost efficient solution to client needs

? Prepare reports to support recommendation of best solutions

? Vendor contract analysis and support

? Provide pass-through invoicing to client and resolve any questions while maintaining customer satisfaction

? Point of contact for all cellular phones and blackberries

 



 QUALIFICATIONS

  ? Must have good interpersonal skills

? Must be effective working in a team environment

? Must have excellent organizational and negotiation skills

? Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

? Proficient in Word, Excel and reporting tools

? Some travel required

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor?s degree desired but not required.
1-3 years relevant work experience required (preferrably in billing capacity). 
Telecom billing experience a plus.
