Kimco, one of the nation's largest and most respected independent staffing firms, currently seeks entry level Customer Service Representatives for a large consulting company in Orange. This well known company has more than 170 convenient locations throughout California and Arizona, offering a wide range of services at affordable prices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Answer approximately 30-50 incoming calls per day in a call center environment
Schedule appointments for various dental offices throughout Orange County
Responsible for data entry of names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.
Always try to "upsell" by scheduling appointments for other family members

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must be bilingual Spanish
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Basic computer skills required
Must type a minimum of 25 wpm
