C&L Refrigeration, a Brea, California-based leader in commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) service since 1977 has an immediate opening in our Brea office. Join our growing team of professionals in one of the fastest growing markets in the country.

We're looking for a person with the following qualities:

Customer Service:

? A passion for customer retention and pro-active execution of company's customer retention plan.
? Efficient and professional handling of customer calls for service orders or inquiries.
? Performing all work activities in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to achieve and maintain customer loyalty.
? Serve as a customer service leader within the company through a willingness to work cohesively with other departments and all individuals.

Service Coordination:

? Dispatch technicians and monitor their actual work hours into host-based system.
? Provide administrative support to technicians and field management.
? Track service vehicles via TeleTrac system.
? Manage and follow through on unbilled work orders.
? Accurate and timely preparation of bid proposals.
