1. PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE:
The Implementation Project Manager V will ensure the seamless transition of Registered Investment Advisors (RIA), Third Party Administrators (TPA), Banks, and Trust Institutions from Sales prospect to FRIAG client.
The IPM V implements significant/strategic FRIAG relationships with minimal or no direction, and manages all aspects of the client’s experience, including analysis and development of work flows, technical integration, training, asset conversion, and transition to Client Service. This individual will lead large and complex conversions that require significant coordination with multiple parties.
2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Plan and coordinate the asset conversion of new clients to FRIAG. Analyze the source and determine best methods to achieve successful conversion.
?Plan and coordinate the development and training of new advisors on FRIAG policies and procedures and corresponding business units, such as NFS.
?Act as a liaison on behalf of client to FRIAG organization to address client issues.
?Analyze and develop operational workflows for strategic level clients.
?Analyze the procedures, products, and business practices of clients to align with FRIAG’s policies and procedures and negotiate mutually acceptable solutions and alternatives when necessary. Make recommendations on best practices.
?Work with Sales force to identify new business opportunities with clients in the implementation process.
3. SCOPE:
?Work independently as well as lead teams to accomplish goals. These teams are frequently disparate geographically and/or contain members from multiple companies.
?Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. This individual must display the ability to manage project plans, communicate tasks and due dates, and hold individuals/groups accountable.
?Evaluate the risk of each relationship, conversion, and their business practices while managing, evaluating, and working with various departments
4. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS/CONTACTS:
?Work effectively with all levels of management
?Provide on-site support when necessary to aid in training, planning, and relationship building. Face-to-face contact during on-site visits, conferences, correspondence on a daily basis, and training in Boston
?Build relationships and interact with institutional clientele consisting of owners, principals, partners, and senior management of the firms, which are influential in the RIA/ financial services community.
Education and Experience:
? Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in business preferred.
? Minimum 7 years in financial services industry, including experience in an institutional or high net worth client management/relationship building role.
? Strong experience in Trust Custody, Trust Operations, and Brokerage products
? Series 7 and 63 required
Skills/Knowledge:
Outstanding organizational skills, detail oriented, and ability to handle multiple complex relationship/projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment Strong Project Management skills, including MS Project Excellent analytical skills Strong knowledge of securities regulation SRO rules and standard industry policies and procedures Strong knowledge of Fidelity brokerage policy and procedures Working knowledge of FBSI, CA, and XTRAC Outstanding verbal, and written communication, and presentation skills
Working Conditions:
Requires up to 25% of time travel
