Implementation Specialist II/Customer Service

Position Description:     Care advocates for all Care activities serving our Wireless Support Specialist designated customers.
One point of resolution to Telecom Manager and Program administrators of these accounts.
This position is accountable for the account?s satisfaction with service but it may utilize other resources within Sprint Nextel to resolve problems, respond to requests and implement solutions.
The nature of this role is to provide total account and relationship management with respect to service. The position requires improving revenue growth, reducing churn extending customer life cycle and delivering customer loyalty

 

Minimum Qualifications: (Job related skills, experience, and education):

 
Proven ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and department managers in a professional and courteous manner.
Minimum 3-4 years customer service experience.
Proven ability to pay close attention to detail.
Proven ability to coordinate and work numerous customer issues simultaneously and keep organized.
Proven problem?solving skills.
Maintains an ownership initiative.
Has working knowledge of company systems: Billing, MS Excel/Word, and Internet-Web.
Enjoys a fast paced working environment.
Works with minimum supervision and make decisions that are appropriate for the customer and Sprint/Nextel.
Thrives working within the team environment.
College Degree (4 year) Business- desired.
