Implementation Specialist-Payroll

Converts/Installs ES Payroll and HR systems to assigned new clients and/or converts/installs additional features or products to existing clients. Coordinates training of client personnel on ADP products to ensure effective and proper product use, and provides follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Provides technical support to less experience ISs and possibly to Sales regarding product features and installation.



Experience as an Associate Implementation Specialist, an Account Representative or equivalent with resultant knowledge of payroll products or additional business products/features.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Proven proficiencies in basic statistical computations and related problem resolution.

Effective analytical and communication skills.

Must have the ability to work under pressure of time constraints and be adaptable when priorities shift.

Knowledge of PCs, Windows, Internet, word processing, spreadsheets and basic software installation is required.
