Inbound Appointment Setter

Senior Healthcare Consultants (SHC) seeks to hire an experienced phone professional to assist in setting up personal interviews for its Sales Management staff.  A successful candidate will possess prior phone sales, customer service, or recruiting experience.  Candidates must have the ability to follow a proven script in order to set appointments with qualified candidates.

 

Job Description:  Receive inbound calls from job seekers that have reviewed our recruiting advertisements and are interested in working for our organization.  Place outbound calls to submitted resumes to our postings and screen candidates for hiring managers.

 

Job Requirements:

 

-Screen Resumes & Set Appointments

-Conduct telephone interviews with qualified candidates

-Set qualified person-to-person interviews for area sales managers over 30+ states.

-Use our recruiting advertisement mediums to generate additional qualified sales representative person-to-person interviews.

-Required hours will be 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday-Friday.

 

Educational & Experience Requirements:

 

-Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field

-2+ Years Prior Customer Service/Call Center Experience

-Highly fluent in the use of the Internet and Data Entry.

-Skilled in the usage of Microsoft Excel and Word
