In this inbound telephone sales and servicing position, the emphasis is on consultative selling. The sales portfolio contains products and services that are tailored to meet the needs of a diverse and highly profitable customer segment.

Sales opportunities are identified through the use of desktop tools and highly refined listening, relationship building and superior customer servicing skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills
Demonstrated solid work history
Prior Customer Service and Sales experience a plus
Excellent keyboard and Windows navigation skills

* High School Diploma or GED Required
