INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Call Center Position

CORESTAFF Services has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Rep that is Sales driven!!! This position includes taking Circulation calls as well as Classified calls. Candidate must be flexible with schedule and working rotating weekends. Position starts at $11.00 with a bonus structure. Current employees are making anywhere from $1,000.00 to $5,000.00 in bonuses monthly. Candidates must be able to work Downtown and be EXTREMELY reliable

Requirement:

Call Center Experience a plus

Computer literate in Word and Excel.

Attention to detail

Customer service oriented with a positive attitude

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Willing and able to answer phones

College degree preferred
