Inbound Member Service Agents

Our company is experiencing exceptional growth within our Member Services division.  We are looking for entry level agents to join our service and support team, servicing over 120 credit union clients with an array of services such as making loan payments, transferring funds and taking loan applications, as well as a multitude of other institutional services.  We are accepting both Full and Part time positions, as well as benefits and bonus. 

 

We are currently recruiting for all shifts starting from 8am-12am Monday -Friday and Saturdays 10am-4pm.

 

Ideal Qualifications

 -  2+ Years of Customer Service Experience

-  Absolute professionalism

-  Strong Listening and Issue Resolution skills

-  Excellent Telephone Etiquette Skills

-  Experience working in a browser-based environment

-  Positive Attitude

 Preferences

 -  Banking/Credit Union Account experience

-  Consumer Lending experience

-  ?Soft Sales? Experience

-  Spanish speaking (Premium Pay)

-  Strong Issue Resolution Skills

-  Experience with Web Chat and Email Support.
