Inbound Sales Representative
Handles residence customer calls for new or additional video, telephone, or high-speed Internet services. Is expected to maximize revenue and achieve sales objectives by identifying and meeting customer needs. Works in a call center under close supervision. Is expected to take care of customers? needs, questions, or problems, while at the same time educating them and promoting the services. Initiates appropriate action by other departments, as required. Reports to a Call Center Sales Supervisor.
Works whenever scheduled; takes incoming calls as soon as possible after completing the previous call. Accesses customer databases or other electronic files and/or paper reference material to research routine account problems. Assesses customers? needs. Describes and sells Company's services, sales, and promotions to customers and potential customers. Explains bills and policies and procedures concerning prices, billing and service. Schedules installation of new service. Updates customer records and documents call, action taken, and any follow-up required. Assists other CSRs and supervisors, as required.REQUIREMENTSREQUIREMENTS
High school degree or GED equivalent. Skill in using a Windows-based PC and sending/receiving e-mail. Keyboarding skills. Call center sales and customer service experience preferred.
Sales experience is a huge plus.
Work shifts: Tuesday - Friday - 1:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am - 6:00 pm
Sunday & Monday - OFF
