Inside Client Services Rep.

 

Join Software House International's innovative Inside Sales staff and become an integral member of our dedicated account teams. Work side by side with an Outside Sales Representative, supporting the business generated in a specific territory. Maintain relationships with existing corporate customers and help establish new business through personalized, quality levels of customer service and account management.

 

This position requires NO cold calling, prospecting, or driving and sales.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Representing SHI as central point of contact for customer base at Headquarters in Somerset, NJ Acting as liaison between SHI clients and internal departments Providing customer quotes, pricing and product information Order Entry

 

Requirements - Candidates must have a four-year college degree, all majors considered, and must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA. Customer service experience is not necessary as we provide training, however, candidates must possess excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
